Baseline Entry Help


HORIZONTAL BASELINE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. BASELINE NAME
    Select the baseline name for the comparison. Required field.

  2. OBSERVATION DATE
    Enter the date of the baseline observations (e.g., 12/01/2007). Required field.

  3. FIRST NAME
    Enter the operator's first name. Required field.

  4. LAST NAME
    Enter the operator's last name. Required field.

  5. COMPANY
    Enter the name of your company or business. Required field.

  6. ADDRESS
    Enter the mailing address of your company or business. Required field.

  7. CITY
    Enter the city for the mailing address. Required field.

  8. STATE
    Enter the state for the mailing address. Required field.

  9. ZIP
    Enter the ZIP code for the mailing address. Required field.

  10. PHONE
    Enter the operator's telephone number (e.g., 573-368-2300). Required field.

  11. E-MAIL
    Enter the e-mail address of the operator. Required field.

  12. REFLECTOR
    Enter the reflector setup used. Required field.

  13. STATION TEMPERATURE
    Enter the station temperature from the form.

  14. STATION PRESSURE
    Enter the station pressure from the form.

  15. INSTRUMENT
    Enter the make of the instrument. Required field.

  16. INSTRUMENT MODEL
    Enter the model of the instrument. Required field.

  17. INSTRUMENT SERIAL NUMBER
    Enter the serial number of the instrument. Required field.

  18. DISTANCES
    Enter the total number of distances you are going to enter (e.g., 12). You will enter a minimum of 6 distances to process a baseline. Required field.

  19. OBSERVED DISTANCES
    Enter the observed distance in meters for each segment (e.g., H01: 149.9948). Required field.

Edit Entries
Modify the value in the field and then click the update button.

Process Entries
After entering all observed distances, click the process button to generate the report.

New Baseline Report
To begin a new calibration report, click the New button.



IMPORTANT:To request your report be certified by the State Land Surveyor, click the certify button.
